Christian Hambleton has been an associate at the Firm since 2016. He specializes in the areas of personal injury, premises liability, construction, labor law, commercial, transportation, and other general liability matters. Mr. Hambleton has also represented community associations throughout New York and New Jersey in a general counsel capacity, insurance defense, construction defect litigation and alternative dispute resolution. In addition to arguing motions in State Court, Mr. Hambleton has appeared before the Workers’ Compensation Board in New York and New Jersey, where he has successfully argued for the dismissal of frivolous and improper claims on behalf of his clients.
Mr. Hambleton was part of the 2017 Omaha Chapter CLM Education panel where he discussed various defenses to liability claims brought against professional sport franchises for injuries suffered by fans during the course of attending a sporting event.
