Christopher L. Parisi has been an associate at the Firm since 2016, specializing in the areas of general liability, personal injury defense, premises liability, property damage, construction accident, construction defect, labor law, commercial and personal auto liability, product liability, and municipal liability. In his practice, Mr. Parisi has successfully defended numerous individual and corporate clients in the State Courts of New York and New Jersey.
During law school, Mr. Parisi was a Judicial Intern to the Honorable John J. Langan, Jr., J.S.C, of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Bergen County. Prior to joining Callahan & Fusco, he was an associate at the Manhattan law firm of Smith, Mazure, Director, Wilkins, Young, & Yagerman, P.C., from 2013 to 2015, and an associate of the Law Offices of Brian J. McGovern, L.L.C., from 2015 to 2016. Mr. Parisi has conducted numerous depositions, prepared and successfully argued summary judgment motions, conducted investigations, and prepared and appeared for trials. In 2014, he was part of two trial teams which won defense verdicts on behalf of the MTA/New York City Transit Authority. Further, he has represented the interests of his clients in mediation and arbitration. He has worked with cases involving issues of: security and premises liability, construction liability, construction defects, commercial contract litigation, labor law, school liability, personal auto liability, wrongful death, commercial trucking liability, property damage, product liability, food service/restaurant liability, civil rights, pet/animal liability, municipal liability, and public transit system liability.
