Henry Sanchez has been an associate at the firm since 2017, where he specializes in the areas of general liability, personal injury defense, premises liability, and Jersey construction defect. Additionally, he specializes in defending condominium associations, homeowners associations, cooperatives and various other common interest communities community associations throughout New York and New Jersey. Mr. Sanchez has successfully argued summary judgment motions and defended individual and corporate clients in the State Courts of New York and New Jersey.
Mr. Sanchez previously served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable John J. Langan, Jr. J.S.C. in the Bergen County Superior Court. In his position, Mr. Sanchez was responsible for the management of the Judge's civil motion calendar, drafting memoranda advising the Judge on the legal positions of the parties, and conducting legal research in assisting the Judge to determine the outcome of the motions. Additionally, Mr. Sanchez is a court-trained mediator and served as a mediator for the Bergen County Superior Court, Special Civil Part.
Mr. Sanchez also gained experience in class action lawsuits as a law clerk at a law firm specializing in consumer fraud litigation. Prior to law school, Mr. Sanchez was a paralegal for several years at a prominent New Jersey law firm specializing in plaintiff personal injury, products liability, premises liability, and medical malpractice.
