Katina M. Hardee practices in the areas of insurance and general liability defense including products liability, premise liability, maritime, and trucking and automobile liability matters involving serious accidents. In addition, she handles condominium and community association litigation as well as construction defect cases.
Prior to joining Callahan & Fusco in 2018, Ms. Hardee was an associate at Bowman and Brooke, LLP, a nationally recognized trial firm, where she defended some of the country’s most well-known consumer brands and retailers in premise liability claims ranging from slip-and-fall injuries to hazardous conditions. She also handled claims involving trucking litigation, ICC arbitration, admiralty litigation and Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation matters.
Ms. Hardee is also well versed in insurance defense litigation having second-chaired a number of trials involving bad faith and coverage disputes. Early in Ms. Hardee’s career, she tried multiple criminal cases as first chair during her time at the Office of the Public Defender.
