Mitchell Ayes has been an associate at the Firm since 2007.  In that time, he has represented several multinational corporations and Fortune 500 companies.  He specializes in the areas of premises liability, transportation, casualty litigation, products liability, dram shop, and hospitality matters for a variety of commercial and municipal clients.  He has successfully argued cases before the courts in the districts he is admitted and has helped his clients achieve successful results in his practice areas.  He has also arbitrated various construction, personal injury, and product liability matters in New York and Pennsylvania.  Currently, he serves as a Team Leader and manages attorneys throughout the firm’s various practice areas and locations.
 
Since 2011, Mr. Ayes has been recognized as a “New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Star” by New Jersey Monthly Magazine.
 
Prior to joining Callahan & Fusco, Mr. Ayes served as a law clerk for the Honorable Anthony J. Graziano, Superior Court, Civil Division, Passaic County, New Jersey for the 2006-2007 court term.  In his position, Mr. Ayes reviewed civil motions and advised the Judge on the applicable legal positions of the parties, to assist the Judge in deciding the motions.  Mr. Ayes also served as a mediator for landlord-tenant and small claims cases.
