Ryan P. Heller joined the Firm as an associate in 2017, specializing in the areas of personal injury, premises liability, motor vehicle liability, commercial vehicle liability, product liability, municipal liability, and other general liability in both New York and New Jersey. Throughout his career, he has successfully represented hundreds of both individual and corporate clients on matters of auto defense, premises liability, coverage issues, and other litigation.
Prior to joining Callahan & Fusco, Mr. Heller served three years as trial counsel to a litigation firm in New York State and tried numerous cases to verdict throughout the state. He has extensive experience in complex depositions, investigations, appeals, and trial advocacy. While in law school, Mr. Heller also worked as a law clerk to the Honorable Frank A. Sedita, Jr. in Erie County, as an assistant in the Erie County District Attorney’s Office, and as a summer associate at a Buffalo litigation firm while serving as an editor for the Buffalo Law Review. He has achieved defense verdicts through both jury trials and arbitration formats for major insurance carriers, large corporations, and private individuals.
