Jesse Lubin returns to the firm in 2018 as an associate, having previously worked at the firm, as an associate from 2013 to 2015. He concentrates his practice on defense litigation in the areas of general liability, premises liability, automobile liability, dram shop, construction defects, products liability, New York labor law, workers’ compensation, subrogation and insurance coverage matters.

Mr. Lubin has successfully tried several automobile liability matters obtaining jury verdicts favoring his clients.

While in law school, Mr. Lubin interned for the New York State Department of Financial Service (DFS), Insurance Division and gained valuable experience working for the Deputy Director of Health. Following law school, Mr. Lubin began his career representing insurers in the defense of complex first party property coverage matters and subrogation actions.

Prior to attending law school Mr. Lubin represented one of the nation’s largest property casualty insurance carriers as a commercial property claims adjuster handling all aspects of first-party commercial property claims. While working as a claims adjuster, he traveled for catastrophe (“CAT”) duty to assist with the prompt investigation and settlement of property damage claims during several of the nation’s most devastating hurricanes.
