Michael A. Clore recently joined the Firm as an associate in 2018.  He specializes in the areas of trucking & commercial vehicle liability, motor vehicle liability, and construction defects, along with other general liability matters.  

 Prior to joining Callahan & Fusco, Mr. Clore worked as an associate at the law firm of Norris McLaughlin, P.A., specializing in the area of complex commercial litigation involving the dissolution of the governing bodies of corporate entities.  Mr. Clore has represented corporate shareholders in minority shareholder oppression litigations, and protected corporations from the misappropriation of confidential information by former employees.  

 Mr. Clore was also a Deputy Attorney General in the Office of the Insurance Fraud Prosecutor of the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General.  While working as a Deputy Attorney General, Mr. Clore was tasked with the investigation and prosecution of individuals for the commission of insurance fraud and related financial crimes.  Specifically, Mr. Clore has successfully prosecuted individuals for the fraudulent theft of funds held in financial products.  In addition, Mr. Clore successfully argued motions, including motions to dismiss and motions for post-conviction relief, as well as tried cases ranging from theft from personal annuities to drug-trafficking.
