Memberships


Started in 1933, American Trucking Associations is the largest national trade association in the trucking industry. ATA develops policies that promote highway safety, security, environmental sustainability, and profitability. As one of the leaders in truck transportation advocacy, it guides policymakers at all levels of government about the essential role that trucking plays in the economy. Membership contains state associations, affiliated conferences, and individuals, which have successfully helped grow the companies involved.


The Claims and Litigation Management Alliance consists of over 50,000 thousand members and is focused on furthering the knowledge of those involved in the claims and litigation management industry. CLM offers conferences, education programs, networking events, and more resources to expand the knowledge of its members.

Both Managing Partner, Christopher Fusco, and Director of Business Operations, Antonio Irizarry have a history of contributing to the organization. Mr. Fusco is an Instructor for the CLM Claims College, a Contributing Editor for the CLM Claim Management Magazine, and is part of the CLM Transportation Committee. Mr. Irizarry is involved with the CLM Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Committee.


The Trucking Industry and Defense Association is a network of professionals focused on sharing knowledge, resources and risk management solutions for motor carriers, insurers, claims professionals and attorneys. It provides resource materials to members in addition to supporting trucking and insurance representatives, and attorneys. TIDA also provides education to its members through webinars, skills courses, and seminars throughout each year. TIDA offers a vast amount of networking opportunities to further develop knowledge in defense strategies in the trucking industry.

Our Managing Partner, Christopher Fusco, also sits on TIDA’s Judicial Fairness Committee. The Judicial Fairness Committee educates members on the transportation industry on various states’ laws that impact the defense of a motor carrier in various judicial forums.


MRIA is a global platform where ideas become actionable and a place to bring a new perspective to diversity, equity, and inclusion for the (Re)Insurance industry.  MRIA brings awareness to the many DEI initiatives within the industry, their purpose is to provide networking opportunities, help advance young professionals, and bring awareness of the various resources available to them. MRIA wants to inspire and cultivate an environment where the underrepresented within the (Re)Insurance industry can be supported by like-minded individuals while helping pave a path for the next generation.


​​CAI is an international membership organization with over 40,000 members and 63 chapters worldwide. CAI educates and provides resources to homeowner volunteers and industry professionals. They are dedicated to building better communities through seminars, workshops and conferences, as well as publishing resources on management and governance.
