Keeping Our Team in Mind

At Callahan & Fusco, our employees’ health is a priority.  It is of the utmost importance that everyone in the firm’s physical and mental well-being are taken care of.

We offer a comprehensive and generous set of benefits.  These benefits go beyond just physical health.  Our benefits also provide financial and mental security outside of the office.

Health Benefits

We offer two different health benefit packages.  Everyone has different needs when it comes to their health.  Rather than a one size fits all approach, our two options give our team the opportunity to select the right coverage for their individual needs.

Our commitment to taking care of our team does not end at just offering comprehensive healthcare coverage.  We pay for 80% of the employee’s premiums.  Not only that, but our coverage also offers dental and vision coverage at no extra cost.

Retirement Plan

Financial security is incredibly important.  We are committed to assisting our attorneys in reaching their financial goals for life after work.  Not only do we offer highly competitive pay, but we offer a 401(k) plan with a 3% match.   All employees are eligible for our retirement plan after 1 year of service.  This 401k plan is a benefit to ensure our team meets their retirement goals.

Flexibility

The legal industry is competitive and requires a lot of energy.  Managing individual stress is highly important.  We ensure it is as stress free as possible by offering flexibility.  This is why we are committed to a hybrid work model.  Employees work three days in office and two days from home.  Through leveraging technology, we provide all the tools for everyone to work productively at home.  Thursdays are considered an in-office day for all employees at the firm.  We will work with you to develop a structured schedule to ensure we have proper coverage in office and provide consistency with your colleagues.

Life extends beyond the office.  Work-life balance is important because we know our team cannot be their best selves at work if they are missing balance in their lives outside of the walls of the office.  We want our attorneys to have the opportunity to unwind and refresh.   All new employees are given 15 days of vacation.  After two years with the firm, employees receive 20 days of paid vacation.
