In the Middle District of Pennsylvania, there is now an ongoing suspension of jury trials scheduled to continue until February 1, 2021, per Standing Order 2020-34. It is currently unclear whether the suspension will remain in effect beyond this date, but the text of the Order leaves that possibility open.
