Shelbi Molin is an Associate Attorney at Callahan & Fusco, located in their New Jersey and New York offices. Mr. Molin focuses his practice on insurance defense, premises liability, as well as trucking and transportation litigation.
Prior to joining Callahan & Fusco, Mr. Molin served as an Attorney General Fellow with the Office of the New York State Attorney General. In that role, he represented the State of New York and its agencies in civil litigation and led work on complex securities and enforcement matters. He is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New York and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Mr. Molin earned his B.A from the University at Buffalo and his J.D. from the University at Buffalo School of Law, where he served as an associate editor of the Buffalo Human Rights Law Review.
Mr. Molin is an active member of the New York State Bar Association and New York City Bar Association and serves on the Board of the Metropolitan Black Bar Association.
