Ben T. Sobel is an Associate at Callahan & Fusco, joining the firm in 2025. Mr. Sobel is admitted to practice in New Jersey and focuses on civil litigation and insurance defense. Mr. Sobel brings knowledge gained on both sides of civil litigation, including insurance defense and personal injury matters. Mr. Sobel’s work includes motion practice, discovery, legal research, trial preparation, and other complex litigation matters, allowing him to develop refined analytical skills and a deep understanding of complex litigation strategy.
Mr. Sobel earned his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he served on the Executive Board of the Jewish Law Students Association and participated in initiatives emphasizing professional development, leadership, and community engagement. Mr. Sobel received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with a minor in Business, from Indiana University Bloomington.
Mr. Sobel is in the process of obtaining admission to the New York Bar and will sit for the Florida Bar Examination in February 2026.
