Ben T. Sobel is an Associate in the New Jersey office of Callahan & Fusco, where he focuses on insurance defense litigation. Prior to joining Callahan & Fusco, Mr. Sobel gained experience on both the plaintiff and defense sides of civil litigation matters, including personal injury and insurance defense, assisting with motion practice, discovery, legal research, and trial preparation. This work allowed Mr. Sobel to develop strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of complex litigation strategy.
Mr. Sobel earned his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he served on the Executive Board of the Jewish Law Students Association and participated in initiatives emphasizing professional development and community engagement. Mr. Sobel received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with a minor in Business, from Indiana University Bloomington. Mr. Sobel has sat for the New Jersey Bar Examination and is awaiting admission. Mr. Sobel also intends to seek admission to the New York Bar and will sit for the Florida Bar Examination in February 2026.
