Samantha Ram is a Florida attorney with more than six years of experience representing insurers and clients in complex insurance coverage, property damage, and personal injury matters. She has extensive experience managing high-volume litigation portfolios, advising on risk exposure, negotiating favorable resolutions, and developing strategic approaches to complex legal disputes.

Prior to joining the firm, Samantha served as Associate General Counsel for Universal Property & Casualty Insurance Company, where she independently managed more than 250 first-party property insurance lawsuits. In this role, she handled various phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, overseeing discovery, analyzing insurance policy provisions and coverage issues, negotiating settlements, and collaborating with claims professionals to minimize legal risk and achieve efficient case resolutions.

Before joining Universal, Samantha practiced insurance defense with Rudd & Diamond, P.A., representing insurers in first-party property litigation. She also previously represented injured clients at Kanner & Pintaluga, where she successfully negotiated more than $5 million in personal injury settlements while managing a high-volume pre-litigation caseload. Her experience representing both insurers and policyholders provides her with a well-rounded perspective when evaluating legal issues and developing practical, results-oriented strategies.

Samantha earned her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in 2018 and has been admitted to The Florida Bar since 2019. She is a Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator and holds a LexisNexis Professional Research Certification. She is also a published legal author, having contributed to Syria in Greenbook (2018), an internationally recognized guide to primary and secondary legal resources for countries and multinational legal entities worldwide.
