Hitham Eldaher is a Senior Associate for Callahan & Fusco and is based in their Florida office. Mr. Eldaher devotes his practice to a broad spectrum of complex civil litigation matters.
Before joining Callahan & Fusco, Mr. Eldaher practiced at one of Florida’s largest insurance defense firms where his practice involved a wide variety of construction and civil litigation matters. He represented and advised developers, contractors, and subcontractors in construction disputes, including defect, contract, and lien enforcement cases.
Mr. Eldaher also served as an assistant public defender. During his time as a public defender, Mr. Eldaher zealously advocated for his indigent clients in juvenile court. Before leaving the Public Defender's Office, Mr. Eldaher handled criminal defense matters in adult felony court.
Mr. Eldaher earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 2017. While in school, Mr. Eldaher focused his studies on pre-trial and trial advocacy, and complex civil litigation and procedure. Mr. Eldaher received honors in Miami’s Litigation Skills program during his second year of law school. During law school Mr. Eldaher interned at the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office in New York, the Federal Public Defender’s Office in Miami, Disability Independence Group, and Gray Robinson, P.A.
