Leah Popple (she/her) serves as an Associate at Callahan & Fusco, located in their New Jersey office. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Popple started her legal journey at a Plaintiff’s firm in Northeast Pennsylvania, progressing through various roles from law clerk to second-year associate attorney. Her experience spans a diverse array of legal areas, including personal injury, family law, insurance defense, and estate litigation.
In her current role at Callahan & Fusco, Ms. Popple remains dedicated to civil litigation and insurance defense. She holds a Juris Doctorate from New England Law in Boston, with a certification in Intellectual Property. Throughout her academic journey, Ms. Popple consistently earned a place on the Dean’s list.
During her time at New England Law | Boston, Ms. Popple garnered recognition from the Massachusetts Supreme Court for her exceptional pro bono service in the state. Her commitment to pro bono work extends to her dedication to aiding victims of domestic violence. In Pennsylvania, Ms. Popple has contributed over 100 hours of pro bono assistance in child custody matters and protection from abuse cases, showcasing her unwavering commitment to making a positive impact in the legal field and her community.
