Gregory Vinogradsky is a Partner at the firm and focuses on both litigation and general counsel representation of corporations, including community associations, throughout New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. He has significant experience litigating matters in both State and Federal Court and his litigation background ranges from premises liability, construction defect, transportation, professional liability, property damage and products liability.

Mr. Vinogradsky’s practice also focuses on representing community associations in a general counsel capacity, debt collection as well as transition litigation where he uses his diverse litigation background to assist his clients in negotiations with developers.

Mr. Vinogradsky is actively involved in both the Community Association Institute as well as Claims and Litigation Management Alliance and provides education through various speaking engagements.
