Andrew Ambert is an Associate for Callahan & Fusco and is based in their Fort Lauderdale office. He currently represents Fortune 100 corporations, insurance carriers, and their insureds in litigation matters throughout Florida, from inception through trial. He specializes in trucking and transportation, premises liability, professional negligence, and commercial matters in claims involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, and substantial monetary and property losses. He also has experience in complex construction defect litigation and high exposure first-party coverage disputes arising under homeowners, commercial, and other property insurance policies, including general liability matters and bad faith disputes.
Mr. Ambert earned his undergraduate degree from Florida State University and earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Shepard Broad College of Law at Nova Southeastern University. During law school, he was a member of the NSU Trial team and Moot Court Honor’s Society.
