Antonio C. Irizarry (he/him) has been the firm's Director of Business Operations since 2012. Mr. Irizarry began with the firm in 2005 as a summer intern and has assisted in the firm's growth since. At the time of his original employment, the firm consisted of 4 Associates, 2 support staff members, and two office locations. Since joining the firm full-time in 2007, the firm has grown to 9 office locations, over 20 attorneys, and 15 support staff members. 

Mr. Irizarry maintains all business operations for the firm including but not limited to client relations and development, marketing, accounts payable & receivable, human resources, and technology management. In addition, he oversees the firm's support staff, internship program, and law clerk program. 

Mr. Irizarry has served as the firm's trial paralegal for multiple matters. Implementation of technology in the firm's offices along in the courtroom has been a focus of his. Understanding the client’s goals and needs and adapting has led to electronic billing on multiple platforms, remote CE training, and on-site mock trial facilities. He has helped establish a consistent culture that appeals to both employees of the firm and its clients.
