Ms. Simpson is an Associate in the Decatur, Georgia office of Callahan & Fusco. She is admitted to practice in the State of Georgia as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Georgia. Her practice focuses on civil litigation and insurance defense.

Prior to joining Callahan & Fusco, Ms. Simpson worked at defense firms in the Metro Atlanta Area where she practiced aviation defense, premises liability, and automobile litigation representing standard and non-standard insurance companies and their insureds in the defense of claims involving bodily injury, uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage, and property damage. Prior to that, Ms. Simpson practiced creditors rights litigation for a large scale national commercial and consumer creditors' rights firm with multiple clients including nationally chartered financial institutions and large consumer debt purchasers.

While in law school, Ms. Simpson was an active member of the Black Law Students Association and Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity International.  She also interned for the Consumer Bankruptcy Assistance Project where she counseled clients, performed debt counseling, and represented them in filing Chapter 7 bankruptcy.  Ms.  Simpson graduated law school as a Fellow in the Rubin Public Interest Law Honor Society.  

In her spare time, Ms. Simpson enjoys cooking, spending time with her cat and dog, and exploring Atlanta.
