Roxanne Cabrera is an Associate at Callahan & Fusco’s Fort Lauderdale office. She currently represents Fortune 100 corporations, insurance carriers, and their insureds in litigation matters throughout Florida, from inception through trial. She specializes in trucking and transportation, premises liability, professional negligence, and commercial matters in claims involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, and substantial monetary and property losses.
While in law school, Ms. Cabrera worked as a law clerk in a private firm focusing on first-party coverage disputes arising under homeowners and personal injury cases. She also clerked at one of Florida’s largest insurance defense firms where she played a crucial part in the handling and management of personal injury protection cases. In each of these roles, Ms. Cabrera zealously assisted and advocated on behalf of clients, helping them to achieve favorable and satisfactory outcomes. In addition, Ms. Cabrera is fluent in Spanish.
