Tonny Ahmed is an Associate at Callahan & Fusco’s Pennsylvania office. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the United District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey. His practice focuses on insurance defense litigation specializing in personal injury, premises liability, and other general liability issues.

Before joining Callahan & Fusco, Mr. Ahmed was an Associate for Pennsylvania based law firms. He represented two of the nation’s largest retailers in the areas of premises liability, premises security, and commercial litigation. He managed all aspects of his cases in Pennsylvania and New Jersey state and federal courts through arbitration and/or mediation.  

Mr. Ahmed began his career serving as a Law Clerk for President Judge Emeritus Frederica A. Massiah-Jackson at the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. After completing his clerkship, he worked as an Assistant District Attorney at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office. In that position, he prosecuted cases ranging from firearm possession to attempted murder through all stages of the criminal process.

Mr. Ahmed attended the University of Toledo College of Law. During law school, he was the Articles Editor for The University of Toledo Law Review. Subsequently, he earned his Master of Laws in Trial Advocacy from Temple University Beasley School of Law. He is also a Board Member for the South Association Bar Association of Philadelphia.
