Michael Fasano is a trial lawyer at the firm’s Fort Lauderdale, Florida office. He concentrates his practice on state and federal litigation matters, including commercial litigation, personal injury matters, trucking and transportation, premises liability, professional negligence, real estate matters, in claims involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, and substantial monetary and property losses.

Mr. Fasano earned a Bachelor of Arts in history from Boston University and a Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Fasano served as staff editor of Florida Coastal Law Review. Prior to joining Callahan and Fusco Mr. Fasano worked in private practice in the areas of civil litigation, criminal defense, commercial litigation, real estate, family law, and transactional matters. Mr. Fasano has participated in numerous hearings, bench trials and jury trials; which provided him with extensive experience litigating cases involving significant and complex legal issues. Mr. Fasano has handled thousands of cases through all aspects of civil litigation from inception to conclusion up to and including arbitration and trial. 

Mr. Fasano is admitted to practice before all county and circuit courts in the state of Florida, State of Connecticut, the Supreme Court of the United States of America (SCOTUS), the United States, District Court for the Middle District of Florida, United States, District Court for the District of Connecticut and the United States, Court of Appeals, 11th Circuit.
