Biljana Simakoska is an associate in the Roseland, New Jersey Office of Callahan & Fusco. She is admitted to practice in the States of New Jersey and New York. Her practice is focused on civil litigation and insurance defense.
Before joining Callahan & Fusco, Ms. Simakoska was an associate in New York City where she worked on corporate matters, commercial litigation, and business dispute resolutions involving different business entities.
Additionally, Ms. Simakoska served a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Peter J. Tober, of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Criminal Division. During her time there, Ms. Simakoska reviewed motion filings, drafted legal opinions, and witnessed a number of trials. Ms. Simakoska also served as a court appointed mediator to facilitate settlement during Special Civil Part mediations.
While in law school Ms. Simakoska completed an internship with Levine Furman & Rubin LLC, focusing on drafting wills, trusts, and other estate documents. She also completed an internship with the New York Housing and Community Renewal Office focusing on affordable housing matters.
